Paul Randon - Director of Content/ Partner

Christopher is a classically trained consumer packaged goods marketer with Shopper Marketing, brand management, traditional advertising, and promotions experience with some of the top companies in the US. What makes him unique is his ability to draw from this diverse level of experience to build effective strategies, communications, and programs for both the consumer and the shopper.
For over 15 years, Chris has been honing his insight-based approach to be the perfect weapon for challenger brands. He has a supernatural ability to discover the strengths and weaknesses in a brand and category and distill the findings down to simple insights that relate to customers. Carvel Avis - Director of Technology
When it comes to development geek-speak, Carvel is one of the best. What sets Carvel apart is his ability to easily translate complex jargon for the average Joe, which is rare and essential when many clients don’t have anyone on their team that speaks the language of development.
Skilled in many areas of interactive development, Carvel specializes in backend service, setup technologies and database integration, server-side Flash, and communications with PHP and mySQL. In her 8 years as account manager, Magdalena has worked on a variety of campaigns in which she employed strategic integrated solutions to ensure the success of each program. She has a wealth of experience working with traditional media, innovative niche outlets, interactive and digital executions, and event marketing, including product launches, consumer shopping, promotions and giveaways. She has spent a majority of her career in the entertainment and consumer product industries. Magdalena is a proactive, goal-driven and instinctual problem solver who is eager to tackle new challenges and also takes pride in being a strategic, yet creative, thinker.
