Challenge: Maid services are a dime a dozen in New York City. With so many brands focused on value-pricing or green services, where can a new competitor find a position in the market?
Solution: PIE worked with Clarity from the initial concept and branding stage and used insights to identify unmet needs for homeowners in New York City. PIE positioned Clarity as the luxury provider of Domestic Services that deliver a luxury hotel experience right to your home. We created a clear and concise website with ecommerce functionality and developed promotions and a Google advertising campaign to promote the new brand.
Result: Our marketing campaign succeeded in getting many potential clients to the Clarity website and helping the brand get off the ground running during an economic downturn. Clarity is still going strong.
