But, having recently moved into the top tier of firms in the largest real estate market in the U.S., Bond found the category leaders setting their sights on this younger upstart. With competitors being supported by multinational holding companies, Bond couldn’t outspend them. They had to out-think them.
Solution: We first focused on the trade and used a mix of traditional and digital advertising to position Bond as the hottest brokerage that offers the most upper management support and caters to agents' entrepreneurial spirits. We then turned our attention to the Client’s brand positioning and brand experience to ensure Bond provided a uniform, informative, and engaging experience. Now, with the personnel in place and client experience perfected, we are focused on developing some of the most innovative inbound and outbound lead generation programs to deliver targeted prospects right to their front door.
Result: Since inception our real estate marketing has helped Bond more than double their total number of agents and triple their office locations. We have helped them increase their total transaction volume and put them on the New York real estate map.
